Hall of Fame Edition Giveaways

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Le Portier Cognac, located at 8260 W. Charleston Blvd #2, Las Vegas, Nevada 89117 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of each are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Periods

Early Buyer Giveaway: Begins July 31, 2025, at 12:00 AM and ends August 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

New Buyer Giveaway: Begins August 29, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and ends September 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this giveaway.

4. How to Enter

Early Buyer Giveaway:

To enter, you must:

Follow @leportiercognac on Instagram. Post a photo or video featuring your Hall of Fame Edition bottle. Tag @leportiercognac in your post.Include the hashtag #SharpeLegacy in your caption.

OR reply to the giveaway email with your photo before August 22, 2025.

To ensure your bottle arrives in time for participation, order by August 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

New Buyer Giveaway:

Anyone who places an order at leportiercognac.com between August 29 and September 12, 2025, will be automatically entered.

No Purchase Necessary:

To enter without making a purchase, email your full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth to contact@leportiercognac.com before the end of the relevant giveaway period (Early Buyer or New Buyer).

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

5. Prizes

Winners will receive exclusive signed memorabilia from Shannon and Sterling Sharpe. The number of prizes and specific items will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. No substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random by Sponsor or its designated representative from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from @leportiercognac within seven (7) days of the giveaway closing.

Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a winner does not respond within that timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void.

Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

8. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winners grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and submitted content (photo or video) for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation or approval.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram of all responsibility related to this promotion.
